Responsibilities:
– In charge of all pre- and post-event preparation of campaigns, business, recognition and regional events in Hong Kong and China
– Lead projects and events hosted by targeting professionals presented in various formats – seminars, luncheons and conferences
– To take charge of event planning, preparation and execution, and to follow up with both internal and external parties including fair co-organizers and strategic partners, multipliers and vendors to ensure efficiency and high quality deliverables
– Strategize and coordinate reach out programs and events for new leads
– Develop strategic event planning that reinforces and iterates the Company’s vision, core values, business goals
– Ensure adherence to compliance requirements throughout the entire process
– Ensure follow up and reporting of event for final reconciliation
– Travel overseas in respective markets
– Provide training to our internal staffs for business development
– Assist in ad-hoc assignment as required
Requirements:
– Degree holder
– Minimum 5 years relevant experience covering event and project management, training, as well as stakeholders’ communications and engagement with at least 3 years’ managerial experience
– Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to drive multiple tasks in parallel, results driven
– High customer and team orientation
– Strong business acumen with outstanding planning, organizational and analytical skills
– Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
– Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word ,Microsoft PowerPoint, Axure RP, Visio
– Able to work independently
– Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin)
