Job Duties:
– Perform daily receptionist duties in a professional manner, including handling company phone calls, greeting guests, courier, and mail arrangements, etc.
– Responsible for office administration including procurement of stationery and office supplies, office equipment maintenance.
– Provide assistance to HR and Admin Department
– Support the marketing team to prepare purchase order and proforma invoice.
Requirements:
– DSE or above with 1 years relevant experience
– Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin
– Well organized self-disciplined able to work independence.
– Immediate available is highly preferred.
