Responsibilities
- Handle customers’ enquiries and follow-up orders
- Provide order processing and logistic arrangement support

Requirements:
- F.5 (HKDSE/ HKCEE) or above with 2 years or above related customer service experience
- Self-motivated, Good team player and able to work independently, well-organized, detail-oriented
- Able to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced working environment
- Good in MS Office
- Good command of written English and Chinese
- Immediate available is preferred

Full Time:
- 5 Days: 9:30am- 7:30pm (MON- FRI)
- OR 5.5 Days: 10am-7pm (MON- FRI) & 10am-2:30pm (SAT)
- OR 6 Days: 11am-7pm (MON- FRI) & 10am-7pm (SAT)

Half Time:
- 5 hours within 2pm- 9pm (MON- FRI)
- OPTIONAL: 11am-7pm (SAT)- Bonus $200 allowance will be offered if candidates can on duty on SAT.

- 4-8 hours daily within 1pm- 9pm (MON- FRI)
