Our company Hung's Management Services Ltd is currently looking for candidates who are domiciled in Lai Chi Kok and surrounding areas with minimum criteria Degree and experienced in the field of , as well as behave in a disciplined and honest manner, to then be placed in the position of fp&a analyst / manager (ref. fpa/0105/23) and be able to work in full time system.
In accordance of our HRD decision, the net salary we can offer is of HK$14,000 - HK$43,000 per month which is competitive and can be adjusted to the work capabilities that the candidate offers for our company.

- Working closely with the different cross-functional teams, your portfolio will include driving the internal operational planning, marketing activity planning and pricing decisions
- Partnering with business leads to communicate budgets and track actual performance while providing recommendations for improvement
- Develop robust models to streamline decision-making. Ensure financial objectives such as margins, growth, efficiency, productivity, new store opening etc. are appropriately analyzed and understood by business partners
- Communicating results and recommendations to senior management that will lead to cost reduction, and streamlining operations
- Support and prepare strategic plans and initiatives
- Drive financial analysis for new products development (NPD), pre-launch prioritization and post-launch assessment
- Support the delivery of financial reporting/planning requirements, business plan updates, long-term strategic plans
- Support marketing, retail, property, HR and SCM on pricing, promotion, cost, new sites and GP improvement analysis to provide analysis and insight to the business and influence/shape business decision-making
- Financial analysis to facilitate identification of right opportunities and valuations; project assessment, due diligence or execution involvement as required
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting, CPA, CMA or other equivalent financial certification
- More than 5 year’s experience in FP&A or business support in Retail, F&B, or FMCG Industry
- Work in pace, enjoy agile ways of working, passionate on new concept creations
- Good communicator and influencer
