Our company is currently seeking employees to fill the position as Financial Controller. The average starting salary we can offer you is in the range of HK$14,000 - HK$43,000. If you have credibility beyond the minimum criteria we are looking for, the provisions regarding the average initial salary we offer may change according to our company HRD agreement.

Responsibilities
- Report to CFO;
- Lead teams to perform management accounting, reporting and budgeting;
- Review monthly financial statements and analysis for management review;
- Lead the production of the Group’s consolidated financial statements;
- Enhance group organization structure;
- Review and improve internal control procedures and workflow design;
- Streamline internal accounting and financial processes;
- Assist and participate in system enhancement projects;
- Oversee cashflow management;
- Provide technical accounting advice and support to the Group’s finance teams and business units and on transactions;
- Liaise with bankers and external audit firms, valuers and tax consultants;
- Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- Degree holder in Accounting/Finance or related;
- With HKICPA/ACCA Professional qualification;
- Minimum 15 years of relevant accounting and finance experience with 3 years at supervisory level;
- Big 4 with listed companies experience is preferred;
- Familiar with Property and Food & Beverage industry;
- Excellent communication and supervisory skills;
- Mindset of workflow enhancement is an advantage;
- Strong business mindset, proactive, problem-solving skills, detail-oriented.
