We are hiring! Our company is merrily looking for a candidate to fill the position of Finance Manager/ Assistant Finance Manager (HKD40k-50k). About the company:
Our client is a leading shipping company with business over the globe. To cope with their expansion plan and to strengthen their business, they are currently looking for a Finance Manager to join their Finance team.
Key responsibilities
- Responsible for Group financial reporting
- Prepare financial and management reports
- Works with Accounting team, process payments and prepare cash flow forecast
- Manage and control over intercompany transactions
- Liaise with banks in respect of treasury and financial services matters
- Supervise and monitor financial reports and performance of the subsidiary companies
- Prepare meeting materials for management meetings
- Collaboration with subsidiaries on ongoing investment projects
- Ad hoc projects required by senior management
To qualify, individuals must possess:
- Bachelor degree holder in Accounting / Finance or related disciplines
- A minimum of 5 years’ Accounting experiences within logistics or shipping industry is preferred
- CPA is a must
- Able to work independently and detail-minded, good team leader
- Good command in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
