We are a well-established company in Hong Kong and is looking for a high calibre candidate to join our finance team in Hong Kong.

我們正在尋找高素質的候選人加入我們在香港的財務團隊。

Responsibilities:

1.Handle full set of accounts including general ledge and month-end closing etc;
處理賬目，包括總賬和月末結算等；

2. Supervise and train-up the accounting team in Philippines to perform all daily accounting and finance functions
負責監督和培訓菲律賓的會計團隊，以執行所有日常會計和財務職能

3.Prepare monthly management reports, budgets, forecasts,  financial analysis, the consolidated accounts and cash-flow statements in a timely manner;
及時編制月度管理報告、財務預算及預測、財務分析、合併賬目和現金流量表

4.Handle HK entity financial reports and annual tax returns;
處理香港實體財務報告和年度納稅申報；

5.Ensure procedures and internal controls are properly in place, to reinforce the group’s policy and guidelines through education to local teams;
負責確保各項流程及內部控制適當到位，通過對當地團隊的 教育來加強集團的政策和指導方針；

6.Ensure the Group’s compliance with accounting standards and HK Listing Rules;
確保集團遵守會計準則和香港上市規則;

7.Liaise with external auditor and other professional parties;
與外部審計師和其他專業人士聯絡;

8.Provide assistance, support and professional advice on accounting, taxation and financial matters for the Group’s projects;
就集團項目的會計，稅務及財務事宜提供協助、支持及專業意見;

9.Perform ad-hoc assignments as required;
根據需要執行臨時任務;

Requirements:

1.Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or related discipline;
擁有會計、金融或相關學科的學位；

2.Member of recognized accounting bodies (HKICPA, ACCA or equivalent) is preferred；
認可會計機構（HKICPA、ACCA或同等機構）會員優先;

3.Experience in property management/development and construction industry is an advantage;
有物業管理及發展/建築行業經驗者優先；

4.Over 5 years relevant working experience, in which at least 3 years audit experience or financial reporting experience in listed company:
5年以上相關工作經驗，其中至少3年上市公司審計經驗或財務報告經驗；

5.Good command of written and spoken Chinese, English and Mandarin;
良好的中文、英文和普通話書面和口語；

6.Good interpersonal and communications skills;
良好的人際關係和溝通技巧；

7.Self-motivated,detail oriented, strong sense of responsibility and multi-tasked;
上進心強，注重細節，責任心強，多任務處理;

8. Travel to Philippines is required
應工作需求需要赴菲律賓出差
