Job Responsibilities:
- Provide some documentation support to Administration Manager/Supervisor
- Provide full spectrum of administrative and clerical support to both office and laboratory
- Responsible for procurement activities including handling purchase orders, invoices
- Liaise with internal and external parties for daily office administration
- Support daily office administration duties including handle petty cash, pantry and office supplies replenishment, stationery and furniture procurement, office equipment and facilities maintenance
- Provide supports to Administration Team
- To handle conference rooms booking and ensure conference rooms and reception area to be maintained neat and tidy
- Assist in organizing company’s activities
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
- More experience will be considered as Senior Position
- Fresh graduates are also welcome
Job Requirement:
- Higher diploma or above in business or related disciplines
- Fresh graduates or minimum 2-year experience in administration
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills in both English and Chinese, can conversant in Mandarin is an advantage
- Experience in handling travel arrangement is a plus
- With strong positive working attitude, initiative and detailed oriented
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to exercise independent judgment
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
