Our company is currently seeking employees to fill the position as Executive Officer in College Office. The average starting salary we can offer you is in the range of HK$14,000 - HK$43,000. If you have credibility beyond the minimum criteria we are looking for, the provisions regarding the average initial salary we offer may change according to our company HRD agreement.

The appointee will provide support to the Academic Registry and perform various functions, including (a) coordinating the administration of examinations; (b) managing the examination database; (c) providing support to the Examination Board and other committees; (d) assisting in the implementation of academic policies and procedures; (e) providing support for College events such as graduation ceremonies, and (f) performing other duties as assigned.
Applicants must have a good honours degree and 2 years’ relevant post-qualification experience. Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in computer applications including solid experience using Excel, good interpersonal and organization skills, strong initiative are required. The appointee should be well-organized, flexible, adaptable and able to work independently.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a written test.
Salary and Conditions of Service
Remuneration package will be highly competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointment will normally be made on fixed-term contract for one year. Fringe benefits include leave, medical and dental schemes.
