Responsibilities:
- Manage daily eCommerce operations, including but not limited to customer inquiries, payment verification, refund processing, and order fulfillment
- Increase customer satisfaction by providing a seamless and enjoyable shopping journey, from browsing to checkout and beyond
- Coordinate monthly meetings with relevant parties to discuss eCommerce performance and upcoming initiatives
- Analyze website traffic, market data, and marketing campaigns to optimize customer experience and drive sales growth
- Perform ad-hoc projects assigned by management
Requirements:
- Tertiary education or above in eCommerce, logistics, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 2 years working experience on Ecommerce or related experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer-focused mindset and exceptional problem-solving skills
- Strong team player, able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese including Mandarin
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Executive
- Immediately available is preferred
