Our client is a well known listed international fashion brand. They are currently looking for a experienced Executive Assistant / Office Manager to assist the company President and handle office administration. The office is located conveniently in Wan Chai.

Responsibilities

  • Provide Executive Assistance to the President including:
  • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
  • Manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings
  • Make travel and accommodation arrangements
  • Rack daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports
  • Act as Office manager with full spectrum of Office administrative duties
  • Work closely with HR on company events and ad-hoc matters

Requirements and skills

  • 5-6 years experience as Executive Assistant assisting Senior management
  • Prior experience in luxury retail is a must
  • Excellent MS Office knowledge
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g. e-calendars and copy machines)
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
