Responsibilities
- The main duty is to assist Director to provide full spectrum of business & personal support
- Establishing and executing company policy to ensure office smooth running
- Closely liaise with internal and external parties to ensure smooth business operations
- Handle full spectrum of office operation, accounting and human resources duties independently including liaise and any ad-hoc duties
- 5-day work week, not required 24/7 stand by
- Managing small team to ensure
Requirements
- DSE/Form 5/Bachelor degree graduates
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, presentation and negotiation skills
- A team player with self-initiative, pleasant, responsible and detail-minded
- Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese and MS office suite & Google application
- Knowledge of HR and accounting is required.
- Knowledge of mortgage & having driving experience in Hong Kong are definitely an advantage.
- Related working experience in motors &/or Law firm industry is preferred
