Key Responsibilities:
– Handle daily operations of e-shops, online sales channels, customer enquiry.
– Work closely with marketing team for promotion, advertising, social media, online platform content
– Work closely with customer service team for logistics, after sales service
– Work closely with merchandising team for product enhancement
– Prepare promotion/traffic/sales analysis, pricing strategy, product differentiation, competitive activities
– Any ad hoc tasks assigned by superiors
Job Requirements:
– Higher diploma in Marketing, E-Commerce or related
– 3 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing
– Experience in Google Analytics, CMS management, CRM is preferred
– Proficient in a wide range of PC software such MS Office and Chinese Work processing
– Acute problem-solving, proactive, goal oriented, a can-do spirit
