＜SCOPE OF POSITION＞
We are looking for an E-Commerce Assistant (Part Time) to join the team to support and manage own e-shop and marketplace operations.
＜REPORT TO＞
Assistant E-Commerce Manager
＜DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES＞
- Handle day-to-day operations of all online sales channels, including official estore, Zalora and etc.
- Support and drive a smooth e-commerce customer journey including order processing and after-sales service
- Responsible for daily operations of all online sales channels, including generate and update website content (Banner, Product listing, Promotions, etc.)
- Prepare sales, traffic and promotion reports regularly
- Handle online customer inquiries
- Assist in digital marketing campaign operations including marketing materials and content preparation
- Assist on ad-hoc tasks and projects as required
＜DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE＞
- Diploma or above in E-commerce/Marketing or related discipline
- Experience in marketplace and own website management (eg. Shopify, Zalora, Farfetch etc.)
- Good command of both spoken & written English and Chinese
- Responsible, efficient, good team player, independent with strong accuracy
- Fresh graduated or less working experience will be also considered
- Part time working 3 – 5 days in week day
- Immediately available is preferable
