We are hiring! Our company is merrily looking for a candidate to fill the position of Designer, Store Design. For those of you who live in Quarry Bay and its surrounding areas, we need you to then join our company office, DFI Retail Group DFI零售集團, and able to under a full time working hours.
As a professional business with expertise in the field we serve, we have specific standards for each candidates interested to join our company. If you have experience in the field of with at least Degree, professional, honest, and disciplined, we will enthusiastically hearing from you to join our company.
We offer you the salary rates ranging from HK$14,000 - HK$43,000. The provision pertaining to the average starting initial salary we offer may change if you meet or even beyond the minimum requirement we are looking for in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

The challenge is to:
Store Design
- Develop outstanding store designs in accordance with Brand Standards, with support from the more experienced designers and Head of Design
- Collaborate with the senior designers to assess sites, demographic information and develop an appropriate design for each project
- Select appropriate furniture, fixtures, finishes and equipment for each site
- Draw custom details where required
- Effectively communicate project status with team members on a consistent basis
- Participate in design reviews with teammates
Complete Company Regional Design Targets – working under the instruction of DFI Senior Designers & Head of Store Design
- Complete design from concept to construction documents about 30-50 projects a year
- Deliver designs that are on budget
- Meet project schedules and key milestones
- Ensure all intended scope of work and code requirements are met, are aligned to design intent and reflected in drawings
Do you have experience in interior design?
- Bachelor degree in Architecture, Interior Design or any related disciplines
- Experience in Retail, Food & Beverage, Health & Beauty Design is an advantage
- Design experience in China, Asia, and other international markets is a plus
- Some understanding of building and health codes and compliance issues
- Current knowledge of industry trends in retail store design including fixtures, furniture and finishes
- Ability and proven knowledge of colour, materiality, foundational design principles
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite, 3D visualization software is a plus
