Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Success Manager/Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer success, account management, or client relations, preferably within the software or technology industry. The Customer Success Manager/Executive will be responsible for ensuring our clients’ satisfaction and success by providing exceptional support, nurturing long-term relationships, and helping clients achieve their goals with our platform.

Responsibilities:

  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse portfolio of clients, understanding their unique needs and objectives.
  2. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries, concerns, or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Onboard new clients and provide comprehensive training on the MatrixForce™ platform, ensuring they are set up for success from day one.
  4. Develop and implement tailored success plans for clients, monitoring their progress and adjusting strategies as needed to maximize results.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, development, and support, to ensure a seamless and cohesive client experience.
  6. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within your client portfolio, working with the sales team to drive revenue growth.
  7. Proactively monitor client health and satisfaction, addressing any potential issues before they escalate and implementing measures to improve client retention.
  8. Stay current on industry trends and advancements, as well as MatrixForce™ product updates, to provide informed guidance and support to clients.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or client relations, preferably in a software or technology company.
  3. Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with clients and understand their unique needs.
  5. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  6. A customer-centric mindset, with a passion for helping clients achieve success and a commitment to delivering exceptional support.
  7. Familiarity with WhatsApp Business API and CRM platforms is highly desirable.
  8. A proactive and solution-oriented approach, with the ability to anticipate and address potential issues before they escalate.
