Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the Customer Service Department to fulfill customer demands and ensure service quality and efficiency
  • Lead and motivate Customer Service Team to deliver best-in-class service to customers through people management, strategic planning and continuous operational improvement
  • Propose recommendations and new initiatives to management to elevate existing service standards
  • Boost Customer Service Team key performances and monitor tasks completion progresses
  • Plan and direct manpower resources to ensure customer service standards are met
  • Analyze and draft strategic plannings to improve performances of the team and enhance operational productivity and efficiency
  • Coordinate, liaise and collaborate with internal parties for the effective execution of strategic projects
  • Manage and monitor customer inquiry handling as well as resolve complaints and escalations
  • Manage relationship with key customers
  • Develop and conduct training for frontline staff
  • Conduct and report performance analysis on a regular basis
  • Perform any ad-hoc assignments and projects assigned by the management

Jobs Requirements

  • University Degree holder with 3-5 years of customer service work experience in a leadership position
  • Proactive, self-motivated, organized, resourceful, attentive to details and mature
  • Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills – able to work under tight deadlines, manage conflicting priorities and cope with stress
  • Strong communication, leadership, interpersonal and problem-solving skills with a can-do attitude
  • Resilient to challenges and changes
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
