The initial salary that we can offer is quite competitive with a range of HK$14,000 - HK$43,000. If the credibility and experience that the candidate has exceeds the minimum criteria we need, the salary can change and adjusted according to the decisions of our company's HRD agreement.

As our Customer Service/ Sales Coordinator, you are responsible for:
- Processing sales orders by inputting data into system accurately, scheduling and monitoring shipment to ensure on-time delivery;
- Communicating with both internal and external parties to ensure customers’ requests are fulfilled;
- Handling Ad hoc duties as assigned
To succeed in this role, you should:
- have graduated from F.5 or DSE or above.
- have at least 1 year of relevant experience in customer service/sales support.
- possess good communication skills in both written and spoken Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
- have a strong customer service-oriented mindset, good time management skills, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- be self-motivated and detail-oriented.
- be competent in PC knowledge, such as Excel and ERP systems.
- have an advantage if you have experience working in the electronics field or with a Japanese electronic company.
