- 負責客戶網店、手機App及門市POS技術支援
- 提供客戶服務、解答顧客查詢及教學培訓，如:電話, WhatsApp等
- 協助系統升級發佈
- 與客戶保持良好關係，了解客戶需求以將服務提升
- 與公司各部門進行協調，確保能迅速及適度地處理客戶查詢
入職要求
- 具客服、支援軟件系統或設計工作經驗優先
- 性格開朗，具良好人際關係及溝通能力
- 有禮貌、勤奮、誠實可靠、工作態度認真
- 富責任感及獨立處事能力
- 熟悉電腦操作
