Our company Advanced Sleep Innovations (Hong Kong) Company Limited is currently looking for candidates who are domiciled in Tsuen Wan Area and surrounding areas with minimum criteria School Certificate and experienced in the field of , as well as behave in a disciplined and honest manner, to then be placed in the position of customer service clerk and be able to work in full time & permanent system.
In accordance of our HRD decision, the net salary we can offer is of HK$14,000 - HK$43,000 per month which is competitive and can be adjusted to the work capabilities that the candidate offers for our company.

Job Duties:
- To be responsible for handling customers’ telephone enquiry; providing good after-sales service to customers; establishing good relationship with customers by provision of one-stop care service;
- Handle customer enquiries on company products and services in an efficient and accurate manner;
- Resolve customer feedback and complaints via phone or in writing with courtesy and efficiency;
- Coordinate & communicate with various departments on case investigation;
- Assist supervisors in issuing customer feedback reports and other ad-hoc projects; and
- Input and update customer record accurately.
Requirements:
- Form 5/ DSE or above, with 1-2 years’ working experience in call centre or customer service field preferably with experience in complaint handling;
- Well organized with analytical mind, good communication and strong objection handling skills;
- Good telephone manner, online media communication skill and customer-oriented;
- Helpful, passionate, positive thinking and willing to work under pressure;
- Proficient in Cantonese, good command of English and Putonghua;
- Proficient in PC applications, MS Office and Chinese word processing.
