職責:
- 配合銷售顧問團隊工作，有效率地解決客戶問題，包括處理、安排客戶預約和提供準確及清晰的資訊
- 跟進和回覆客戶問題，適當地保存客戶進度記錄
- 提供專業和優質的客戶服務，致力與客戶保持良好關係
- 略懂香港移民、教育升學、租賣樓宇、醫療咨詢、保險理財、法律等範疇服務，具備開發潛在客戶二次消費的能力
- 執行上級的指示及處理臨時工作
要求:
- 高級文憑或以上學歷
- 擁有1 – 2年客戶服務/銷售/管理相關經驗者優先
- 具備流利的普通話、粵語和英語能力
- 精通Microsoft Office，例如Excel等，以及中英文打字
- 出色的溝通技巧，能夠建立長遠人際關係及交際能力
- 具備成熟、積極及主動的工作態度，並注重工作的準確性和細節
