What You Will Achieve
As a Customer Fulfilment Specialist, you are part of a dynamic APAC Customer Fulfilment team with primary responsibility of Hong Kong/Macau logistics operations and support. Your breath of experience will be leveraged for improving effectiveness and efficiency of customer fulfilment activities as well as enhancing customer experience through close collaboration with colleagues from commercial, customer supply chain planning, supply chain quality, regulatory affair, finance, logistics service provider and Intercompany Operations.

How You Will Achieve It
- Ensure efficiency and effective inbound shipment management process through close coordination with LSP
- Coordinate market redressing/relabeling activities for Hong Kong
- Producing reports to support LSP performance and KPI reviews
- Raising Purchase Orders and Invoice reconciliation for Logistics services
- Preparation of import/export shipping documentation
- Managing import/export shipment activities plus Market-to-Market transfers and deployments to/from Hong Kong
- Optimizing transport modes to deliver cost savings and efficiency gains
- Optimizing inventory levels across the network through proactive stock management – E&O, cycle times. Stock turnover, destructions, etc.
- Assess and manage the impacts of warehousing and transportation deviations through proactive investigation and identify mitigation steps that include reporting of shipment incidents in Quality system
- Manage recovery activities related to stock damages and insurable losses
- Develop, publish and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and work instructions as it relates to Transport and Warehousing requirements.
- Liaising with distributor to secure and maintaining relevant Licenses and Permits in line with Statutory and Legislative requirements
- Month-end reporting basing on business needs
- Ensure effective and clear communication with internal & external stakeholders
- Use analytical and quantitative methods to understand, predict, and enhance in-market logistics operations and, driving continuous improvements
- Ensure system/process compliance with company policies and work procedures
- Manage self-initiated or assigned continuous improvement projects/tasks
- Ensue close collaboration with LSP to deliver high performance services with aim to improve internal & external customer experiences
Qualifications
- Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline preferable (e.g. Supply Chain, Finance, Statistics, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field) with 5+ years working experiences
- Advanced proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint with significant experience using a Business Intelligence reporting tool (Tableau preferred or similar)
- End to end Supply Chain and Logistics experience
- Demonstrated strong analytical skills, ability to problem solve, think both tactically and strategically and understand complex supply chain and business models whilst maintaining attention to details
- A demonstrated strong work ethic, perseverance, and flexibility with excellent interpersonal, negotiation / influencing, commercial and organizational skills
- Solid Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or similar
- Sound knowledge of Freight and Distribution practices and 3rd party logistics operating models
- Demonstrated ability to train, coach and develop people with strong communication and presentation skills
