We are hiring for the position of Customer Care Representative (5 day work week) with full time & permanent working hours for our company office, Inter Partner Assistance Hong Kong Limited, for residents of Kwun Tong and its neighboring areas.

Responsibilities
- Handle all calls / emails / WhatsApp for clients in professional manner and follow up the cases according to the procedures set
- Assist to handle complaints
- Maintain customer log in relative systems
- Assist to provide the highest level of customer care service to achieve Company requirements & business target
- Support ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements
- Associate Degree holder or above in any disciplines
- Excellent customer service skill is preferred
- Good communication, presentation and analytical skills
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English & Cantonese (including Putonghua)
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Fresh graduates are also welcome
