We offer a competitive monthly base salary from HK$14,000 - HK$43,000.
Due to prioritize professionalism in the work environment, the salary can be adjusted upon compromise with our company's HRD according to the capabilities of the candidate.

Job Duties:
- As a communication channel between client & internal IT support team on service issue;
- Coordinate service order and arrange engineer on-site support;
- Handle complaint in a professional manner;
- Conduct report and other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- DSE or above in any business administration or any disciplines;
- Experience in CS or IT industry is an advantage;
- Good PC knowledge of MS Office;
- Good communication skills, and service-oriented;
- Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
