We are offering a salary of HK$14,000 - HK$43,000 for this position for interested candidates. However, this salary range can be negotiated and changed if the candidate's credibility exceeds our expectations and for sure, the agreement is adjusted to the policies of our company's HRD.   • Perform general reception duties including handling phone calls and greeting/ serving clients.
  • Assist in general routine administrative duties such as distribute incoming documents, postage etc.
  • Provide general administrative support.
  • Perform other ad hoc projects or duties as assigned.


  • Diploma or above with at least 2 years’ relevant experience of office administration/ secretarial related work.
  • Excellent telephone manner, pleasant and presentable personality, well organized, a good team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good command of English, Chinese and Mandarin.
