• Coordinate patients’ appointment bookings;
• Handle patients’ queries with good customer service skills and telephone manner;
• Provide administrative support in any ad-hoc duties whenever necessary;
• Provide clinical and administrative support to clinic daily operations.
Job Requirements
• DSC or above;
• Fresh graduates will also be considered;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Fluent English, Cantonese & Mandarin;
• Immediately availability is an advantage.
