Our company is currently seeking employees to fill the position as Client Relations Associate (5 days work). The average starting salary we can offer you is in the range of HK$14,000 - HK$43,000. If you have credibility beyond the minimum criteria we are looking for, the provisions regarding the average initial salary we offer may change according to our company HRD agreement.

Responsibilities:
- Attending and responding to day to day client inquiries;
- Assist in client on-boarding;
- Maintain an accurate and current database of client information;
- Maintain frequent communication and follow-up with clients;
- Develop positive and long-term client relationships for business growth;
- Interact with internal and external parties to perform daily operations;
- Provide administrative support to client relationship department and;
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time.
Requirements:
- Diploma holder or above in any discipline;
- Fresh graduates are welcome;
- Organized and hardworking with a strong work ethic;
- Willing to learn;
- Proficient in MS Office and;
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
