Job description:
- Responsible for answering phone calls, issue invoice and contracts
- Follow up with warehouses for goods in and out
- Follow up shipping schedule
- Work and coordinate with various departments closely
- To perform ad hoc assignments as required
Requirements:
- F5 level or above
- 1 year’s working experience is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Chinese Word Processing
- Fluent in Cantonese, fair in English and Mandarin
- Self-motivated, able to work independently
- Good team player and good interpersonal skills
