As a competent company, we Hong Kong Architecture Centre Limited are looking for candidates for the position of centre manager / assistant manager with full time work system. We are looking for candidates who uphold honesty and discipline at work, with minimum criteria Non-Degree Tertiary, experienced in and domiciled in Causeway Bay and surrounding areas.
Our company offers competitive salary that can be adjusted to how skilled the capability of interested candidates will be, with monthly base salary HK$14,000 - HK$43,000 in accordance with the decisions of our company's HRD.

Centre Manager / Assistant Manager
Duties and responsibilities but not limited to the list below:
l Provide administrative support to the Directors and Committees
l Co-ordinate and implement Directors and Committees events, including Archi-walks, Archi-talks, Archi-trips, workshops, etc.
l Maintain a good relationship with members, partners and the general public
l Maintain and enhance social media platforms (including website, Facebook, Instagram) contents and qualities
l Ensure smooth daily operations and all records are in order, handle full spectrum of administration including book-keeping, budget planning, proposal, report, meeting materials and minutes
l Perform ad-hoc duties and outdoor work is required
Skills and Experience:
l Degree or Diploma holder in any discipline with minimum 5 years relevant experience
l Experience in events and exhibitions are highly preferred
l Supervisory experience is preferred
l Solid experience in MS applications, Chinese typing and knowledge in using design software
l Strong interpersonal and communication skills, responsible, detail-minded; able to manage multi-task, independent yet a good team player
l Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Putonghua)
l Interested in NGO or non-profit sector
l Willing to work overtime, on holidays and weekends
l Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
