– Support the local onshore setup for the regulatory requirement.
– Support Mobile, the smartphone extension
– Handle deployments of releases and patches delivered by the Development Teams.
The Ideal Candidate
– Degree in Computer Science or similar
– 3 to 5 years of application and infrastructure support experience
– Knowledge and experience in Internet applications
– Basic Skills in Java Programming & Algorithmic
– Understanding Simplified or Traditional Chinese and Mandarin is a must
Essential Technical Knowledge / Skills:
– Oracle or similar RDBMS
– Apache Kafka
– Splunk
– SQL
– UNIX/Linux scripting
– Internet security concepts
Support of Cash Management Applications
– Verify reported incidents, troubleshoot, and drive to closure
– Support the setup of servers for onshoring
– Ability to manage speeching during crisis conference calls
– Ability to prioritize tasks & problems
– Ability to explain a problem inside a given context and give a feedback
– Review business requirements and provide constructive feedback
– China-related working experience
– Experience in managing projects is a bonus
– Required on-shift duties
Deployment
– Production deployment of Major Release, Quick Fix, Patch, etc
– Build the deployment roadmap, and perform rehearsal & sanity tests, before production deployments
– Perform sanity tests, post-production deployments
– Handle communications for change
– Review business requirements and provide constructive feedback
– China-related working experience
– Experience in managing projects is a bonus
