• Organizes and supports activities for a program, department or initiative.
• Performs administrative tasks in support of effort.
• Ensures coordination of activities across departments and or individuals.
• Provides general meeting support and schedule coordination.
• Works with moderate work direction and is skilled and knowledgeable to the position. 

Job Requirements/Skills

• 3 years or above working experience in administrative role
• Working in Fuels transportation of Oil Industry is an advantage
• Good in written and speaking English
• Knowledge in SAP, able to extract data and maintain data in SAP properly
• In-depth knowledge of transportation cost calculation is a must
• Prepare monthly reports of transportation costs for HK
• Assist other countries data and process for monthly reports
• Knowledge in Loss Prevention System and conduct safety assessments with different levels of people at least 2 times per month
• Data input, filing and carry out other duties assigned by Company Personnel from time to time
• Able to work independently and commit to finish all monthly reports on peak demand period
• Working experience in MNC will be an advantage.
