Responsibilities
– Be creative & prepare influencer marketing proposals based on client needs!
– Prepare campaign brief for operation team to execute
– Pitch and communicate with our product offering
– Maximise sales revenue from brand client by offering them the best value of services
– Focus on customer success and be the point of contact for key accounts.
– Eager to resolve client’s issues and maintain strong relationships.
– Collaborate with the product team to identify key features and updates that will improve customer engagement and retention.
– No cold-calls are required!
Skills And Requirements
– Fresh-grads are welcomed!
– 0-2 years B2B business development or account servicing experience
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to collaborate both internally and externally
– Mature, proactive, a self-starter with minimal supervision needed
– Result-driven, able to work in a fast-paced environment
– Speak and write English, Cantonese, and preferable Mandarin
– Skill in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Google Analytics is a plus
