Responsibilities
- To provide secretarial support and assist the Group General Manager by coordinating schedule and travel arrangement
- Responsible for the preparation of documentation and presentation
- Coordinating regular conference calls and meetings
- Carry out ad-hoc project as required
Qualifications
- Preferably Degree holder in related discipline
- Strong common sense and good in problem solving
- Cheerful, positive thinking, energetic, proactive, independent and able to work with minimum supervision
- Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin
- Oversea education experience is preferred
- Good PC skills, with knowledge of MS Office, MS Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Willing to travel
- Immediate available is preferable
