We are currently looking for adequate candidates to fill the position of Assistant to Director. We can give you a fairly competitive salary in the amount of HK$14,000 - HK$43,000 on average. It also can be modified based on the credibility and experience you can provide for our business in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

Responsibilities

  • Perform a full spectrum of secretarial and administrative duties to the Director in both business activities and personal matters
  • Attend, manage and organize daily schedules, business appointments, meetings, and functions. Occasionally business trip is required.
  • Scribbling minutes and coordinating appropriate follow up actions
  • Prepare presentation materials for meetings and business reports
  • Coordinate workflow, update and follow-up on delegated tasks to ensure progress of deadlines, and keep projects on schedule
  • Support the Director on business planning and operational improvements
  • Analyze business and management reports and provide recommendation to the Director
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external on all matters pertaining to the Director
  • Handling the tender document
  • Communicate with external parties and liaise with relevant stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate and systematic databases and update internal data entry and document management
  • Arrange domestic and international travel bookings (including flights, hotels, restaurants, and car arrangements, etc.)
  • Coordinate with marketing team to manage social media platform
  • Maintain the strictest confidentiality at all times
  • Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned

Skills & Requirements

  • Mature, proactive, meticulous, well-organized, self-motivated, able to multitask and work under pressure
  • High sense of integrity and confidentiality
  • Excellent organizing and problem-solving skills with good judgment
  • Strong market sense and awareness
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Chinese Word Processing
  • Professional business manners and confidentiality
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English, Chinese, and Mandarin
  • Diploma or above in any discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on working experience
  • Immediate availability or short-term notice preferred
