Responsibilities:
- Monitor and responsible for residential properties day-to-day renovation, repair and maintenance works
- Provide advices on all repair and maintenance works
- Supervise on technician daily operations
- Ensure full compliance with working procedures and guidelines
Requirements:
- Certificate or above in Electrical / Mechanical / Building Services Engineering or related discipline
- Holder of certificate of registration of electrical worker grade A or above is preferable
- Knowledgeable with statutory regulations and Building Ordinance in Hong Kong
- Motivated, responsible and able to work independently
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant working experience
