We are currently looking for adequate candidates to fill the position of Assistant Project Manager / Project Officer 助理項目經理／項目主任. For candidates who reside in Yau Ma Tei and its surrounding areas, we are looking forward to hearing from you to join our team at 香港八和會館 and willing to work in our office under full time & contract working hours system.

We can give you a fairly competitive salary in the amount of HK$14,000 - HK$43,000 on average. It also can be modified based on the credibility and experience you can provide for our business in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

職責：
- 處理【油麻地戲院場地伙伴計劃】的日常行政、財政及採購工作
- 籌備演出節目及相關宣傳推廣工作
- 撰寫宣傳稿件、新聞稿等及製作刊物
- 協助統籌藝術教育及推廣活動
- 協助處理資助申請的行政及文書工作
- 協助處理計劃督導委員會的會務及文書工作
- 管理計劃的網站、社交媒體等電子宣傳平台
- 需於活動期間輪班當值
- 協助會館籌辦其他活動
入職要求：
- 申請者須為香港永久居民
- 持香港認可大學學位，或具同等學歷
- 能操流利中文及英文
- 良好中文及英文書寫能力，熟悉中英文電腦操作
- 熟悉Photoshop, 影片剪接軟件、有藝團工作經驗及喜愛粵劇藝術者優先考慮
- 具責任感，處事細心，能於壓力下工作
- 兩年或以上藝術行銷及活動策劃經驗
- 經驗較淺者或將會考慮為項目主任
以上職位為5天工作，並提供醫療保險。獲聘者需不定時及輪班工作，並於星期六、日及公衆假期的演出當值。有興趣人士請將中文求職信連同個人履歷及薪金待遇要求，並在信封上列明申請職位。
