Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible for general office administrative duties such as reception, procurements, repair & maintenance of office equipment;
- Arrange all incoming and outgoing mails and courier services;
- Arrange travel and hotel accommodations for staff business trip;
- Assist in coordinating and organizing staff recreation activities and company events;
- Occasional travel and outdoor work are required;
- Assist in ad-hoc tasks as requested.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or above;
- With 3 years solid working experience in office administration. Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Officer.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with common sense and good telephone manner;
- Proficient in MS Office (Word / Excel) and Chinese Word Processing;
- Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin.
