This position will be focusing on our new project, cooperating with one of the leading QSR brand in the USA. 

Job Description: 

  • Provide full spectrum of professional HR service including C&B administration, recruitment and staff engagement
  • Responsible the full set of payroll calculation, retirement/MPF schemes, HR costing report and salaries tax administration
  • Perform recruitment activities including job posting, screening candidates, arranging interview, conducting interview and staff on boarding
  • Assist in HR policies, employee handbook are compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Maintain attendance & leave records, personnel files and filing system
  • Monitor Operation workflows, ensure all procedures comply with company policy
  • Follow & execute budget directions from management
  • Prepare HR reports on regular basis for management review

Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder in HR management/ hospitality/ restaurant management, or related disciplines is required
  • Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in the HR management, in F&B/ QSR industry is a plus
  • Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF regulations and other related legislation
  • Creative, strong sense in providing high quality service and great attention to details
  • Able to work under pressure and tight timeline
  • Fluent in written and spoken English is a must 
  • Good command of both spoken and written Cantonese and, proficiency in Mandarin would be desirable
  • Proficiency in Excel and Chinese word processing 

Working Location & Times

  • Location: Tsim Sha Tsui
  • Working day: Monday – Friday
