Our company is currently seeking employees to fill the position as Administrator (Part-time / Temporary). For those of you who live in Tai Po Area and its surrounding areas, we need you to then join and becoming a part of our company to work in our office, A.S. Watson Industries, and able to work under part time & temporary system.
As a company that is professional and competent in the field we are engaged in, we have specific criteria for each of our employees as well as the prospective employees. The average starting salary we can offer you is in the range of HK$14,000 - HK$43,000. If you have credibility beyond the minimum criteria we are looking for, the provisions regarding the average initial salary we offer may change according to our company HRD agreement.

Your role:
- Provide clerical and administrative support to sales team
- Maintain up-to-date sales record for sales team
- Follow-up customers’ orders in timely manner
- Maintain a good relationship with customers and provide professional after-sales service
- Handle ad hoc projects assigned by Supervisor
This job is a good fit for You if You are:
- Detailer – Like to dig into the details, and excel at minimizing risk; deliberate fully before making decisions and will need to see all the facts before reaching a conclusion; follow up rigorously.

We are looking for:
- Diploma or above
- Minimum 1 year of related experience in sizeable companies, which in FMCG industry is preferred
- Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skill
- Good Command of written and spoken in English and Chinese
- PC Knowledge in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint and Chinese Processing
- Able to work for three or more days per week (Mon – Sat)
- Fresh graduates/ students will also be considered
