Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to committees / events / daily operations of the College
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; tertiary education or equivalent;
- Working experience in minutes writing, handling meeting and event logistics;
- Good command of spoken and written in English;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Strong IT skills in computer applications and related; disciplines; knowledge of Chinese typing will be an advantage;
- Able to work independently and detail minded;
- Cooperative, well-organized, and good working attitude;
- A good team player with multi-tasking ability;
- Perform ad hoc assignments as required and willing to work after office hours.
