We are currently looking for adequate candidates to fill the position of Administrative & HR Officer. We can give you a fairly competitive salary in the amount of HK$17,000 - HK$20,000 on average. It also can be modified based on the credibility and experience you can provide for our business in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

‐ University graduated or above
‐ 2+ years’ relevant working experience
‐ Pleasant personality with good interpersonal, communication skills, Mature, detail-oriented, high sense of responsibility and presentable
‐ Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
‐ Able to manage multi-task, work flexibly and under pressure
‐ Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
‐ Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing) and Outlook
II. Job Description
– Assist in daily operations and administrative supports
– Handle and follow up quotations, sales orders, customer enquiries, issue purchase orders, invoices and arrange shipment
– Apply import & export license
– Communicate and coordinate with vendors, customers, internal parties to ensure the production and shipment are on right track and ship on time
– Provide office administrative and secretarial support
– Support ad hoc projects and assignments
– Handle employees’ general enquiries
– Follow up employees’ onboarding and offboarding process
– Employment visa handling
– Maintain HR reports
– Staff payroll, Insurance and MPF
– Ad hoc assignments and HR innovative projects
