Job Description
- Managing the utilities billing records
- Preparing weekly expense control reports
- Writing & Depositing cheques
- Providing leasing administration support & Managing the database system
- Controlling the filing system
- Communicating with service providers if necessary (Bank or Network etc.)
- Ordering stationery & other office supplies
- Assisting in ad-hoc duties when required
Job Requirement
- Minimum 1 year working experience (Fresh grad are also welcome)
- DSE/Higher Diploma holder or above
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Accurate typing and proficient in PC skills including MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
- Immediate available is highly preferred
- Fresh graduates are welcomed
