Job Duties:
- Provide general office administrative and clerical support
- Arrange and organize meeting schedule, room bookings, company events
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence
- Assist in preparing invoices, quotations and other documentation
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
- Higher diploma or above
- Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing
- Well-organized, good interpersonal and communication skills
- Immediate available is an advantage
