However, this salary range can be negotiated and changed if the candidate's credibility exceeds our expectations and for sure, the agreement is adjusted to the policies of our company's HRD. - Perform clerical and general office administrative supports
- Responsible for performing general Human Resources duties
- Assist in handling ISO documents to ensure compliance with ISO requirements
- Answering phone calls and jotting messages (if any)
- Undertake other ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
- Diploma or above
- At least 1 year relevant working experience;
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Proficiency in English and Chinese Word processing;
- Hardworking, integrity and passion for work;
