The competitive net salary we can offer is start from HK$14,000 to a maximum of HK$43,000, depending on the capability of the candidate and can be discussed with the HRD of our company.

- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Manage office supplies and equipment
- Prepare payment voucher and cheque issuance
- Liaise with vendors on agreement renewal
- Liaise with vendors and oversee the office and other company’s properties maintenance and renovation projects
- Prepare documentations for office procurement
- Maintain inventory list and fixed asset report
- Degree Holder in any disciplines
- Minimum 1 years relevant working experience, preferably in banking industry
- Fresh Graduates are also welcome
- Proficiency in computer skills including MS office and Chinese word processing
- Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin;
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities, organizational and detail-oriented skills
- Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural skills
