We are looking for a caliber candidate to provide administrative support to the team.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties
- Responsible for offer warm welcome to guest and visitors at the Front Desk
- Handling incoming phone call enquiries, coordinate courier service, fax and mail
- Managing conference room appointment
- Occasionally outdoor duties, including bank payments and show rooms decoration
- Ad-hoc assignments as required
Requirements:
- HKCEE / DSE holder or above
- Minimum 1 year experience in administrative assistant is preferred
- Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
- Can-do attitude, proactive, good multitasking and strong interpersonal skills
- Immedilabiately available is highly preferred
