- Supervise a team of Receptionist & OA to provide daily administrative support and maintain a safe and hygienic working environment;
- Handle contract renewal, vendors management and office renovation projects;
- Handle business trips from flight schedule, hotel accommodations to payment settlement;
- Track and replace office supplies as necessary;
- Coordinate staff activities throughout the company;
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned
- Degree holder with 5 years’ relevant experience;
- Cheerful, well-organized with excellent communication & negotiation skills;
- Good command of spoken & written English & Mandarin;
- Immediate available is highly preferred.
