Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor day-to-day operations and administration of sales and service team to ensure smooth and efficient operations of the team
  • Assist Administration Manager to handle Internal System, e.g. ICS / BRC / NTP / TPI, etc.
  • Monitor and finalize individual sales achievement within the timeline of incentive payment date
  • Develop and distribute sales reports to internal management on the performance of the sales & service teams
  • Manage activities related to general administration for sales and service (e.g. office admin, SAP maintenance) in accordance to agreed service level standards

 Requirements:

  • High Diploma / Degree in business administration, or an equivalent qualification. Candidates with financial background will be an advantage.
  • Minimum three to five years’ experience in a similar role
  • Possess strong administrative, organization skills, strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • Experience in SAP will be an advantage
  • Proficient in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
  • Fluent in Chinese and English, both written and spoken

Work location: Kwai Chung – Hutchison Logistics Centre (Shuttle bus provided from Kwai Fong)
