- Provide administrative support to Concert & Show Team
- Liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties
- Handle travel arrangements and personal agenda
- Coordinate meetings and prepare meeting material, agenda, and minutes
- Perform ad-hoc duties as may be assigned from time to time
- Higher Diploma or above in any disciplines
- Associate Degree or above in any disciplines
- 3-5 years of secretarial experience
- Knowledge about social media platform will be a plus.
- Passionate, positive and energetic
- Detailed-oriented, efficient and be able to handle multiple tasks
- Good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to work on irregular hours
- Excellent command of written and spoken English & Chinese including Putonghua
- Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc
