Administration Officer / Assistant Administration Officer 


  • Provide general HR support for a small team including payroll, attendance records, leave records, uniform & relevant HR duties
  • Provide administrative support including data input, document printing and scanning, filling & database management
  • Handle procurement of office supplies, office equipment, repair & maintenance
  • Perform general accounting duties including follow up of payment progress, recording of transactions, cheques bank-in, make application with payment procedures, payment reimbursement
  • Provide various reports and analysis for the client and company
  • Perform any ad-hoc projects and duties


  • Diploma or above in any discipline
  • Min 2 years solid experience in Administration
  • Experience in Property Management / Reception would be an advantage
  • Excellent Computer Application and PC skills in Word, Excel, software
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, self-motivated attitude
  • Independent, well organized, high accuracy, maturen with a high sense of responsibility and a good team player
  • Immediately available / short notice is preferred
